Our Shruti,Smruti,Shastras and Puranas
all describe that there is no plant equal to Tulasi.We can find in almost
all the houses of Hari Bhaktas.After
the morning bath with pure mind and
heart we pour a little water to Tulasi,bow and respect with Devotion.Drink
that poured water as Teertha(sacred water).Those who observe this will
definitely be dear to Sri Hari.Ladies doing this will get all the happiness,comforts
and Sowbhagya in their life always.Our Dasas have given stress on this
point.The Very First Darshana of Tulasi is always desired and solicited.
In whose house we find abundant Tulasi,there
will be the Avaasa(Sannidhaana-residing)of Sri Hari.Where Sri Hari is there
Laxmi will definitely be there. Fulfiiling all the Desires and Wishes
of that house. Bestow health, wealth,Peace,satisfaction. The worshippers
of Tulasi are free from all dangers and even untimely death(Apamrutyu).We
are grateful to Dasarayas for having enlightened the importance of Tulasi.
Scientifically abundant oxygen is
in Tulasi.It has multifarious medicinal values for chronic and uncurable
diseases.Women worshipping Tulasi daily are benefitted a lot. The Satvikas
should select eighteen dalas of Tulasi per day.Two two to the two ears,
Naabhi(umbilicus) one,the remaining should be eaten before and after food.Following
this the Satvika will be healthy,wealthy and wise.Thus become Paavana.
Though we possess all kinds of flowers for pooja,Tulasi is a must. If there
is no Tulasi Pooja will be incomplete.Dasas said: TULASI ILLADA POOJE VALLANO
SRI HARIYU.So for pooja Tulasi is most essential.
Satyabhama the wife of Sri Krishna
gave Sri Krishna as Daana to Sri Narada Maharshi.Sri Krishna followed Sri
Narada owing to the Daana.Then Satyabhama realized her blunder.Sri Narada
refused to return the Daana.At last Sri Narada agreed to return,if he gets
things equal to the weight of Sri Krishna. All the most valuable gold,diamond
and silver articles are put for weight, but was not at all equal.In the
end Rukminidevi came with a few Tulasi dalas.Asked to remove all the things.
With Devotion Praying to Sri
Hari-Sri Krishna placed the Tulasi
dalas, Immediately the weight became equal and even more.Thus Sri Hari
Vasudeva has expressed the greatness of Tulasi.
Such a sacred Tulasi Garden’s Soil of Mantralaya is filled on the top of the Rayara Brindavana, where the sanctity of Sri Rama, Sri Narahari,Sri Krishna,Sri Vedavyasadevaru,Sri Vayudevaru,Sri Madacharyaru and Sri Jaiteerthara Sannidhana is with Rayaru So the Moola Mruttika of Mantralaya Rayaru is full of Sanctity- Punyamaya.
