The importance of Deepavali celebration and the kind concern, care of Rayaru, Paramahamsaru are described in Mantralaya (694).

Meaning

Deepavali means a huge collection of light. This light is nothing but the sixteen thousand Bhaagavata Shiromanis looked Sri Krishna with gratitude and joy from their eyes. All of them were in the prison cell of Narakaasura, Swami Sri Krishna released them after killing Narakaasura. Bhaagavata beauty queens they all looked at Sri Hari with fully opening the bright eyes. The rays shed abundant bright light. That bright light is collection of DEEPAVALI. As we all know Sri Hari tool Avataara – Ramaavataara Krishnaavatara to punish the wicked and to protect the Sajjan Satvikas. Killed Narakaasura as he was giving lot of panic to the able and noble including women. Sri Krishna Paramathma killed him and the total eyes of sixteen thousand Bhaagavatas created light – a collection of light when they saw swami with gratitude and devotion. Sri Krishna was extremely happy to see the devotion and blessed them. This is Deepavali

Thursday is Go Vatsa Dwadashi worship cows applying Kumkum on the forehead offer our regard and perform Aarati, by this noble act all the 33 crores of Gods are pleased greatly. Naivedya, Go grass special on this day. This holy practice is still in vogue in Mantralaya Goshaala even today. Our Moola Mahasamsthana Mantralaya Rayaru Matha VidyaMatha celebration is at its grandeur. Go Maata’s , Nitya Seva with affection and care is a matter of pride and honor to our Mantralaya devotees. Mantralaya Rayaru is making everything favorable to the devotees owing to the Anuugraha of Sri Narahari, Sri Moola Rama , Krishna, Vedavyasaru. At each and every step we are feeling the Avataara of Sri Prahaladrayaru in Mantralaya.

Manukulodhaara and the welfare of the devotees are the prime in the agenda of our Mantralaya Rayaru. All our traditions are in the framework of the Sadaachaara of our Sri Madhwacharyaru ! As a mark of this all the ladies and women perform Aarati to all members of the house on the day of Narakachaturdashi, when the stars are still shining in the sky in early morning filling the oil in a pair of Neerajina. Aarati is done to Japarata Rayaru. For the sake of devotees Rayaru accepts whatever you offer. On the day of Narakachaturdashi Archakas offer Tailaabhisheka to Rayaru. Our beloved Peethhaadhipati Parama Poojya Sri Subudheendrateertharu distributes this oil to all the devotees for Abhyang Snaana. Special Pooja to Sri Moola Ramadevaru on this day is conducted. All the important festivals, celebrations are being shared to the devotees of our Matha by our respected Swamiji and we experience practically the reality of our life and living. These celebrations are taking us very near to the Anugraha of Sri Hari Vayu Gurugalu. With a smile our Parama Poojya Sri Subudhendrateertharu is detailing to the devotees with affection.

The festival of light is of great importance and is celebrated by all our Mantralaya devotees globally as per Sadaachaara. Though the mode has taken the modern technological sophistication, the theme and the aim is not changed. This is a sort of great solace. Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhomaru took Avataara for Lokoddhaara, won all the Kama, Krodha, Mada, Moha and Matsara. Rayaru is engaged in Deergha Akhanda Japa in Mantralaya to impart and bless success to all the world devoteees. Rayaru always blesses the devotees irrespective of caste, creed, religion, nation, gender and age. It is our prime duty to surrender of Mantralaya Rayaru on this day of Deepavali
