Our Gururaat Yatiraat Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu is so great Punyavantaru that Sri Krishnavadhootaru has described in Sri RaghavendraTantra that Devotees performing the Pradkshina of  Sri Raghavendrateertharu in Mantralaya with great devotion will yield the benefit of  all the Yatras of this world (Sapta Dweepa Mahee Yaatra Phala).

So large number of Devotees are in the Seva of Mantralaya Rayaru in all the 365 days of the year and engaged in  Pradakshina - Namaskara - Urlu Seva - Hejje Namaskara and Pathhana of Gurustotra it means we are completely Surrendered to our Mantralaya Rayaru  Sampurna Samarpana.

The Janmotsava of our Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru on the day of Phalguna Shukla Saptami, the joy and the Satisfaction of the able, noble and the Satvika couple to witness the most signs of augury of Sri Veena Timmannabhattaru and Gopamma are described in Mantralaya(504).

Meaning


The  dawn of the Phalguna Shukla Saptami marks the Janmotsava of our Mantralaya Yatiraat Gururaat Sri Raghavendrateertharu. Parama Bhaagavatottama Shankukarnaru has taken the Avatara of :

Sri Prahlada - Sri Bahleeka - Sri Vyasaraja - Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru 

Thursday  Phaguna Shukla Saptami the  most holy and the sacred day, early morning after completing Snaana, Aahneeka, Japa Sri Timmannabhattaru  went to the temple for darshana. This was his routine. On that day while returning he witnessed the gathering of thick black clouds on the sky and saw the two Parijaata trees full of flowers showering on the front yard of his house. Timmannabhaataru amazed to see the yard was full of Parijaata flowers spread something like a bed of flowers - Hoovina Haasuge. Gopamma gave birth to a male child on that day in the morning. Eldest son Gururajacharya informed his father with joy that a brother is born to him. Senior ladies informed Timmannabhatta that Gopamma has given birth to a handsome male child with an unusual luster and bliss. Also said that at the time of the birth of the child they noticed a ray of bright light. Timmanna verified the Muhurta of Janma and said very auspicious time in all respects Mrugashira Nakshatra. For Shaashthheeka Vamsha Goutama Gotra Beegamudre family a great Kuloddhaaraka is born. Lucky and Fortunate we are ! The Seva of our Kulaswami is really fruitful. Timmanna and Gopamma by the Purna Seva and the Anugraha of Tirumale Srinivasadevaru Daivee Chetana Gururayaru took Avatara. Dear world devotees what more is required in life ! For the sake of our Uddhaara Devamsha Sri Raghavendrateertharu has taken the Avatara  and in Mantralaya today engaged in Deergha Akhanda Japa of Sri Hari. What a Kind, affectionate  and Noble Couple - Sri Haribhaktiparipurnaru our Gopamma and Veena Timmannabhattaru !  Well versed in Sangeetha Sahitya Veda Shastra Vishaaradaru. All these noble qualities Rayaru inherited by His parents and as He grew the qualities also have grown well like a big tree and today we are enjoying the thick cool shelter. That is the PARAMAANUGRAHA of our Sri Raghavendrateertharu.

Veena Timmannabhattaru named the child as Venkatanatharu Sri Narayanacharyaru described beautifully, our Kulaswami Tirumaleswami is respected regarded Poojaneeya Vandaneeya from Udayachala to Astaachaala from east to west and from Malayaparvata to Meruparvata, in the same way the child venkatanatharu will also be regarded and respected like our Sri Venkateshwaraswami. So Timmannabhattaru named the child as Venkatanatharu.

During the Parvakaala Punyakaala the  Satvika Sajjanas are desirous of Punya Snaana holy dip in the rivers, puskarinis, sangam and the ocean. In the same the news of putrotsava to Timmannabhattaru itself made happy of Punyasnaana of the mighty ocean of Anandamruta and felt that his Pitrus are all lifted to Heaven and attained Moksha by the Janmotsava of Venkatanatharu.

Their Punya was fully ripened so they became the Parents of Lokoddhaara Gururayaru to shine the Beegamudre family Goutama Gotra Shashthheeka Vamsha.

Shankukarna-Prahlada-Bahleeka-Sri Vyasarajaru took Sri Raghavendra Avatara. This is a great fortune, a great Boon to Manukula, what more is required than this?

Sri Narayanacharyaru has described in Sri Raghavendra Vijaya that the Bhakti Gnyana Vairagya Pratibha Panditya TapoNishthhaa of Sri Raghavendrateertharu cannot be described by any one in this universe.Mantralaya Rayaru is such a Mahaan Pootaatmaru  Mahimanvitaru .

But even then by the Paramaanugraha power I have put forth my efforts with devotion Bhaktipurassara to describe the Divine Personality of Sri Raghavendrateertharu.

Sri Narayanacharya the Poorvashrama nephew - the son of Sri Venkatanatharu's sister Venkatamba, a great scholar has said like this means what about others ! Even we take seven births it is not possible to cover the entire subject matter of our Rayaru. Dear world devotees Mantralaya Series is only the first sentence of the Preface of ourRayaru.

ANORANEEYAAN   MAHATOMAHEEYAAN

This is about our Rayaru in  Paanditya Pratibhe Bhakti Gnyana Vairagya Oudaarya Kaarunya Uddhaara Kalakali and Affection. We are highly Fortunate to have our Rayaru. There is no Punya equal to be in Mantralaya and to walk on the sacred soil of the bank of Tungabhadra.

SHRESHTHHAM SRI RAGHAVENDRAM SAKALA GUNA NIDHIM

Though born and brought up on the sacred bank of Kaveri, It is our Fortune Luck and the Anugraha of Sri Hari  that Sri Raghavendrateertharu desired the bank of Tungabhadra. Ahobala Kshetra is about 245 kilometeres from Mantralaya. Even to this day we can find the remainings of Sri Prahlada Avatara - the palace of Hiranyakashyapu - the Pillar from which Sri Narahari became Pratyaksha - the Paathhashaala where Sri Prahladarajaru studied. Finally Sri Rayaru selected the bank of Tungabhadra in Mantralaya for the Deergha Akhanda Japa of Sri Hari, where Sri Prahladarajaru performed Yaaga and acquired the Worshipped Sri Rudradevaru, today we find in Mantralaya at the right side of Sri Praanadevaru - in front of Rayaru and accepting Nitya Pooja. Such  a great is our Mantralaya  and Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateretha Gurusarvabhoumaru. This is the Mahima of the bank Tungabhadra.

Today is Phalguna Shukla Saptami the Janma Dinotsava of our Mantraya Rayaru. Let us all Surrender Completely to our Rayaru and Pray:
