Background

Mantralaya Yatiraat Gururaat Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru's Sri Moola Ramadeva's abundant and immense Devotion and the Kind Concern  and the Desire of Sri Vyasarajaru Worshipping Sri MoolaRamadevaru are described in Mantralaya(429).

Meaning

We the Devotees of Mantralaya are  really amazed to know the Parama Bhakti, Shraddha towards Sri Rama - Sri MoolaRamadevaru. We are overwhelmed  to perform the Paaraayana of Sri Ramachaaritramanjari, a Mahakavya of  only Twelve Shlokas. While describing the Shlokas one by one we experience that altogether we are in a new world. Our Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu Avatara Chetanaru took Avatara for the sake of Sri MoolaRamadeva Pooja. Long back Sri Surendrateertharu the 14th. Pontiff of our Acharya Parampara had been to Anegundi. Today it is famous as Navavrundavana, the most holy and the Sacred Yaatra Sthhala - Pilgrimage to all the Maadhwas. Our 14th. Yativarenya Sri Surendrateertharu felt extremely at Anegundi, situated on the bank of Tungabhadra, Which is equal to the river Sarayu of Ayodhya.  Our 14th Yativaryaru is Maanasa Pooja Siddharu, always  Worshipping our Lord Sri Hari - Sri Narayana - Sri MoolaRamadevaru in heart. The forceful flow of Tungabhadra, the wide rocky bed of the bank (Dada) attracted Sri Sdurendrateertharu. Took a holy dip and after Anushthhana and  the regular routine of Pranava Japa decided to perform the Pooja of Sri MoolaRamadevaru on that rocky bed only, amidst the immense  Nature's grandeur and the profound silence of Anegundi, greenery everywhere, Kishkindha, Rushyamooka Parvata are standing as a witness to  Ramayana.

Sri Surendrateertharu opened the Pooja Pettige of Sri MoolaRamadevaru and also all  the idols and the Saaligramas. Performed the Pooja  with great Devotion, as per the tradition and the protocol of Sri Mathha - Vidya Mathha. At that time Sri Vyasarajaru came from Hampi and amazed to witness the Pooja style of Sri Surendrateertharu. Aparokshagnyani Sri Vyasarajaru immediately understood all the happenings and the developments of the Mutt.

It is the Sankalpa of Sri Hari - Sri MoolaRamadevaru that Sri Surendrateertharu had  come to Anegundi.

Hamsanaamaka Paramaatma's Saakshaat Parampara Sri Madhwacharya Moola Maha Samsthhana Sri Vidya Mutt Yativarya Sri Surendrateertharu  the 14th. Swamiji has taken Ashrama by the 13th. Pontiff  Sri Raghunandanateertharu.


Sri Vyasarajaru came to know all this by Divyadrushti and invited Sri Surendrateertharu to Hampi. As per the invitation Sri Surendrateertharu reached Hampi, felt happy to see the  grandeur Vijayanagara Vaibhava and the sophisticated culture of the Satvikas. The king along with his paraphernalia and Raja Guru Sri Vyasarajaru welcomed with  Bhakti Respect and  Royal honour. While camping in Hampi Sri Surendrateertharu early in the morning went for a walk to the river Tungabhadra side. On the bank Yativarenyaru noticed the Garden of Tulasi (Tulasi Tota) overwhelmed to see the abundant fresh Tulasi. Started the Maanasapooja Pooja of Sri MoolaRamadevaru then and there only. Offered the entire Tulasi to Sri MoolaRamadevaru, satisfied and contented. At the next moment the Shishyas of Sri Vyasarajaru went to Collect Tulasi to the same garden. Handed over the same to the Pooja of Sri Vyasarajaru.Aparokshagnyani Sri Vyasarajaru immediately said this Tulasi you have brought today is not fresh. It is Nirmaalya. The enti e whole Tulasi of this Garden is already offered to Sri MoolaRamadevaru. Then the shishyas replied, we have plucked the Tulasi from the Tulasi plant just now and we are returning here. Then Sri Vyasarajaru explained that Maanasapooja Parinata Sri Surendrateertharu early in the morning looking at the Tulasi offered the Garden's whole Tulasi to His Aaraadhya Adhi Daiva Sri MoolaRamadevaru. So it is Nirmaalya. Go to the next Tulasi garden  collect theTulasi and bring for the Pooja. Sri Vyasarajaru thus clarified to all the Great Divine Power Mahaan Daivee Shakti of  the Maanasa Pooja Speciality of our 14th. Swamiji Sri Surendrateertharu. We are proud that our Yativarenyas are so Powerful and very dear and near to Sri Ramachandradevaru - Sri Moola Ramadevaru.

After the Historic Meet of  Sri Vyasarajaru detailed the Strong Desire of Worshipping the most Sacred and the Holy Sri MoolaRamadevaru. Now Sri Vishnuteertharu of Naagalapura is my student Shishya in our Mutt. He is nine but Sri Vibudhendrateertharu. Again took Avatara only to worship Sri MoolaRamadevaru. Requested Surendrateertharu  to accept Vishnuteertharu as his Shishyaru and made him as your successor Uttaradhikari and Ashrama Naama should be Sri Vijayeendrateertharu.

In the next birth  Sri Jitamitrateertharu in thewill take the Sanyasa Ashrama by  the 15th. Pontiff Sri Vijayeendrateertharu as Sri Sudheendrateertharu.

I myself Vyasaraja will take Avatara as Sri Raghavendrateertharu with a strong desire to perform the Pooja of Sri Moola Ramadevaru. Though I have quite satisfied  and contented a lot by the pooja of Sri Krisahna Paramaatma, I wish to perform the Worship of Sri MoolaRamadevaru. So R A G H A V E N D R A Avatara clarified the whole Secret matter to Sri Surendrateertharu. Sri Surendrateertharu gladly accepted the whole thing happily and said that this is the Sankalpa of Sri Hari.

Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu's Sri Ramabhakti - Sri MoolaRamabhakti is quite visible in Sri Ramachaaritramanjari. During the Kruti Rachana all the total divine thoughts, ideas and feelings have spontaneously over flown. Though the Shlokas are only Twelve cover the entire Ramayana beautifully and meticulously. We understand that our Prahlada - Baahleeka - Sri Vyasarajateertharavatari Sri Raghavendrateertharu enriched and enhanced the Punya - Siddhi by the Worship of Sri MoolaRamadevaru.

Such a great Gururaat Sri Raghavendrateertharu is very dear to Sri MoolaRamadevaru, It is our Punya that  Sri Hanuma Bheemaru took Avatara as Sri Acharya Madhwaru  in Paajaka for our Uddhaara and described Panchabheda, Sachchhastra and Sadaachaara. Our Mantralaya Rayaru wrote Teeka, Vivarana, Tippani and Clarified the Gist of Acharya Philosophy. When we go on doing the Paaraayana of  Sri Ramachaaritramanjari we will come to know the Bhakti of Sri MoolaRamadevaru and the ParamaAnugraha our Rayaru attained.

The total sum of all the accumulated Punya our Mantralaya GuruRaghavendrateertharu is a great source of Protection, Shree Rakshe to the world devotees today. When we perform only one Pradakshina of our Rayara Bhavya Divya Neela Brindavana in Mantralaya with devotion and pure heart, that will lead to acquire the Punya of SAPTAMAHEEYAATRAPHALA. We have to say Paahi Jaya in stotra with padya and gadya  we are sure to attain the Anugraha of our Rayaru. Sri Krishnavadhootaru had made it clear in SRIRAGHAVENDRATANTRA.
