Uttarayana and Dakshinayana are the day and night to the entire Gods and Godesses.The incoming festivals greatness are all paved the way for human happiness and acquirement of punya.
Dhanur Maasa is the last part of the
night , that is the Dawn-Arunodaya Kaala for the Gods. More stress is given
to perform pooja that too in the brahmi muhurta.The divine routine of pooja
should start early in the morning. It is the duty of all the satvikas during
Dhanur Maasa. 3/4 of Moongadal and 1/4 of Rice are to be mixed
and baked. This is called as
Mudganna (Huggi) is to be offered
as Naivedya. This is the BEST and very DEAR to God. Then Vaishva Deva to
all the Tatvabhimani gods after that Naivedya to Sri Hanuma, Bheema, Madhva
,Vedavyasa Guru and Hastodaka to Sri Malakhed Jayateertharu and Mantralaya
Raghavendra teertharu. This sacred routine is to be followed during Dhanur
Maasa.
The Pooja should be concluded before the Sun Rise is of Punyakara. Those who perform this in Dhanur Maasa will never get Poverty & incurable diseases in the coming seven janmas.
Dhanur Maasa is fairly well observed in Tirumala, Malakhed, Mantralaya and in all the Punya Kashetras today without fail.
Once I had been to Mantralaya that
is 42 years back, immediately after joining the service in Govt.College
Bangalore in 1964.Owing to the X-Mas holidays I was coming to Gulbarga
to see my parents from Bangalore, I made a break journey to
Mantralaya. When I reached Mantralaya
it was 8.30a.m.Sri Vajendra Acharya Archaka of Sri Vadeendrateertharu recognized
me talked with me and hurriedly he asked me to join the meals as leaves
are already put. I went and had food-Rayara divya
Prasada.Then Sri Vajendra Acharya
gave me hand full of Mantrakshatae with sugar candy and Mruttika praying
to Mantralaya Rayaru blessed whole heartedly for all future progress.
Due to Rayaru’s Blessings in each and every work success and progress have always welcomed and welcoming. I cannot forget this divine Incident. I can proudly say it is the Miracle of Mantralaya Rayaru.Dhanur Maasa-Mantralaya-Rayaru-The Holy Bank of Tungabhadra are all the source of inspiration and satisfaction.
