Mantralaya-403

Sri Ramachaaritrya Manjaree)

Date : May 5 2011

Background

Sri Parashurama Jayanti is on Thursday May 5th. 2010 Auspicious Akshayatrateeya on Friday May 6th.2011.Gandhalepana Special Pooja to the Brindavana of all the Yatis in Mantralaya and to the Ek Shila Brindavana of Rayaru at the Bichali Japadakatti are the main features of Akshayatrateeya.

The magnificent style of Vyakhyana of Sri Laxminarayanacharyaru and complete and the detailed original thoughts of Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu depicted in the Sangraha of Sri Ramachaaritrya Manjaree are described in Mantralaya(403).

Meaning

Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru -  Bhaktaanugraha Premi Yativarenyaru has completely, fully covered the Ramaayana only in Twelve Shlokas. Very beautifully. For the regular Paaraayana of Ramaayana it is very useful to the Devotees. Entire wide and vast Ramaayana is decently and  nicely condensed with the appropriate meaning covering the complete incidents right from the birth of Sri Ramachandra. The very first Shloka of Sri Ramachaaritrya Manjari:

Srimaan Poorvam Prajapato DasharathhaNrupateRamasNaama Athhaneeto
Vishwamitrena MantraaHrudanujaSahitaha Taatakaam GhaatakoAstram
Brahmaadyam Praapya Hatwaa Nishichara Nikaram YagnyapaaloVimochyaa
AhalyaaShaapamChaBhankwaa Shivadhanurupayan Jaanakeem Naha Praseedaet

Sri Laxminarayana Sri Hari is the center of Sugnyana and Sampattu (Good Knowledge and Wealth). Such an omniscient and Omnipotent, Sarvatantra Swatantra, Sarvashakta, Sarvantaryaami Sri Vishnu Paramatma took Avatara and born as son to Dasharathha Maharaja and Kousalyaadevi. Along with his brother Laxmana Sri Rama followed the great Maharshi Sri Vishwamitraru to protect the Yaaga of the Munipungavas. At that time Guru Sri Vishwamitra Maharshi  Bestowed Certain Mantras to Sri Ramachandra and He accepted with gratitude, that too to Bless the Maharshi. We are simply surprised ! Sarvatantra Swatantra Sakalagunaganapurna Sarvashakta Swami Sri Hari - Narayana  required Mantra Bodhe - Bodhana. Clarified to the world  that as He is  born in the  Kshatriya  Dharma now as Sri Rama  has to receive the Mantras from the Rushis. In a simple way laid down the rules and the regulations of Vipra-Kshatra-Vaishya-Vidanghra.

Sri Ramaswami with great Devotion learnt and accepted the Mantras, bent with gratitude to Sri Vishwamitra Rushi as the Rushi infused the Vidya of the Maha Astras including Divyastra and Mahaastra. These Maha Astras, Brahmastras and Divyastras have completely destroyed the Evil Demons who were always causing trouble to the Munis while performing the Yagnya - Yaagas. Powerful dangerous demons group itself vanished by these Maha Astras by Sri Ram Chandra. So great Brahmarshi Vishwamitraru did a great Mahopakaara by introducing the Maha Astras and the Divyastras to our Lord Sri Hari. Taataki, Subaahu were all killed by Sri Ramadevaru. Here we the world devotees are really amazed to understand the Janma Vruttaanta of Sri Rama, the child hood, the arrival of Sri Vishwamitra, asked the king to send his sons with him. Though unwilling to send his dear sons owing to the ecstasy of love, agreed and sent them as the king Dasharathha could not disobey the order  of the Rushis, that too when he is calling for a Noble Cau e to Protect the Yaagas of the Rushi Munis. The scene of Sri Rama and Laxmana following the Rushi Vishwamitra along with their  weapons, bows and arrows.  It is the Leela of Sri Hari. Though Sri Ramachandra is Deva Devottama, following the footsteps of Vishwamitraru and respecting him is really wonderful.

Sri Raghavendrateertharu a Daivee Chetana with an divine thoughts when starting writing, the rich vocabulary came forward and requested Rayaru to use them in his writings. Such is the command, dedication, devotion and the Pratibha of our Rayaru.  In a shloka of four lines our Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu has described the entire  matter of 400 pages. Paanditya,  Pratibhaa and the Anugraha of Vaagdevi and Sri Hari Sri Vaayu Guru Sri Madhwacharya

And the Literary Values cannot be described in words. Vidya Matha is famous and well known to the social, educational  and the welfare of the Devotees in the whole world, right from the days of our ParamaGuru Sri Vibudhendrateertharu  - Sri Vijayeendrateertharu.  Gururaya the Archaka Aaraadhaka of Sri MoolaRamadevaru has proclaimed the universal human values of all times to this universe through the Granthhas and the Uddhaara of the Devotees.

Vijayeendra Karaabjothhaha Sudheendra Varaputraka

As our Bichali Japadakatti Sri Appanacharyaru has said in Gurustotra the three Yativarenyas are always remembered in the history of Manukula. They are Praataha Smaraneeyaru TrikaalaSmaraneeyaru.

The Uddhaara of Manukula is the Maha Mantra of our Mantralaya Rayaru.Though sitting below the Bhavya Divya Neela Brindavana in Mantralaya engaged in the long Akhanda Japa of Sri Hari,  Satisfactorily and sumptuously feeding  the thousands and the thousands of the Devotees daily in Mantralaya and Blessing whole heartedly fulfilling the Desires of the Devotees. At the same time the Shisyas of Sri Gurusarvabhouma Vidyapeetha are increasing year by year and the Vidya Daana is at its highest with love and affection. Efforts are put forth to develop  and improve the students personality not only in Vedic but multifariously including the advanced computer innovative knowledge.

Daily in the morning and in the evening the Shishyas - Vatus of Sri Gurusarvabhouma Vidyapeetha in a long Que as per their age and height perform the Pradakshina of Rayara Moola Brindavana saying(Pathhana) Gurustotra as Gurustotra is Sarveshta Saadhakam. Really it is a worth Scene to look. To witness and feel happy  and to fill in our heart and inward eyes one should have the Punya of Poorvajanma.

Sri Gururaat Raghavendrasya Ekaikasmin Pradakshine
SaptaDweepa Mahee Yaatraa Phalam Vindati Maanavaha

Our Sri Krishnavadhootaru has said in Tantra. So our Vatus of Vidyapeetha are performing Pradakshina with the Pathhana of Gurustotra. As our Mantralaya Rayaru is the only Saint who can wipe off the Durdaiva completely and Bless:

Aparokshee Kruta Shreerhaha Samupekshita Bhaavajaha
Apekshita Pradaataanyo Raghavendraan Na Vidyate

Sri Gurusarvabhouma Vidyapeetha is  stable as the  strong foundation is laid by our Gururayaru. Gurusarvabhouma monthly magazine and publishing the Granthhas of our Rayaru is the speciality of our Vidya Mutt and proclaimed to the world the  meticulous style of functioning of  Dwaita Peethhacharyaru !

We are overwhelmed to read and understand the shloka of Sri Raamachaaritrya Manjari. We only say this much that Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu has abundantly gained the Prasadaa Anugraha of KAMALAANATHHA. For others it is a hard task. Mantralaya GuruRaghavendraru is the Harikaara (Prime Pioneer) of Vishwa Bandhutva(universal cordial relation).

Vipra Kshatra Vidanghri Jaata Mukharaaneka Prajaa Sevitaha

Our Bichali Japadakatti Sri Appanacharyaru has clarified in Mangalashtaka. So the Devotees from all the sides of the world are looking at Mantralaya and Bichali with high hopes and  visiting the Sanctums of Manchali and Bichali.

Dear Devotees we are highly grateful to our Shreepaadaputra  Vidwat Chakra Choodamani Sri Laxminarayanacharyaru for the Vyakhyaana of Sri Ramachaaritrya manjari.

Akshayatrateeya Gandha Lepana to our Mantralaya Rayaru. Every year when Akshayatrateeya comes my heart always thinks about the incident of Extraction of Gandha in Poorvaashrama when Rayaru gave shelter to Alaxmi(DaridraLaxmi). Abundant Gandha extracted, rubbing and rubbing the Sandal wood piece to the Saanekallu. Hands were tired. Though proved Siddhi felt unhappy that his Siddhi caused pain to the Brahmins. Such a Kind hearted Saint is our Mantralaya Rayaru.

Today Gandha Lepana to the entire Brindavana, where Our Rayaru is sitting below and also where the 702 Saligramas, Narahari - Rama-Krishna-Vedavyasa-Vayudevaru are residing.

Agamya Mahima Lokae Sri Raghavendro MahaaYashaahaa

When Akshayatrateeya comes my heart always thinks about our Rayaru's Poorvaashrama days incidents. When Sri Venkatanthabhattaru gave shelter to Alaxmi(Daridra Laxmi- the Goddess of Poverty), went to the Function of a rich man. There He was asked to grind the Gandha, gave a him a Saanekallu and a piece of Sandalwood. Extract large quantity of Gandha on that day. He went on grinding and grinding for hours together more than Seven hours. His hands were tired, Chanting of all the Mantras completed. At last he was Chanting AgniSukta. At that time Purohit came, spoke loudly with harsh words. Sri Venkatanarharu for not grinding sufficient quantity of Sandalwood paste(Gandha). While chanting AgniSukta the power and the Siddhi Mantra mixed in the Gandha. When the Brahmins applied they felt horrible burning sensation. Then the Purohit detailed the actual fact to the owner of the house. Then Sri Venkatanatharu with the VarunaSukta made the whole Gandha cool and  soothing. Though Power of Mantra and Siddhi proved and kn w, Venkatanath felt extremely sorry. His Siddhi made the Brahmins to suffer that too in the afternoon when they were about to take meals.

For such a kind Yatiraat Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru's Brindavana  will have Gandha Lepana on the day of Akshayatrateeya, this is the special Alankara on this day, where Rayaru is sitting below the Brindavana, in the Brindavana 702  Sri Laxminarayana Saaligramaas, Sri Narahari, Rama,Krishna,Vedavyasa,Sri Vayudevaru are residing.A Holy and the Siddhi is our Brindavana Mandira Mantralaya. Not only to Rayaru, but to all the Yatis in Mantralaya:

will have the Alankara of Gandha Lepana on the day of Akshayatrateeya.  In Bichali Japadakatti Gandhana Lepana Alankara and Special pooja to Ek Shila Brindavana will be arranged by the Vamshasthharu of Bichali Sri Appanacharyaru. The Sixth generation Chetana Sri Badada Ramacharya will perform with grandeur with devotion including the Ksheerabhisheka of 108 litres of Milk and Ashtottara.

In short a holy Festival on the bank of Tungabhadra.
