Om Kamalaa Sri Madhavaaya Namaha
Madhava Madhava Saadhaka Vande
NarayanaakhilaGuroBhagavan Namaste
In Mantralaya we celebrate the Poorva Aradhana on Thurday Januarya 29th.09, on Friday January 30th.09 the Madhya Aradhana and on Saturday Jnauary 31st.09 of the architect of Mantralaya Sri Sujayeendrateertharu the 37th.pontiff of our Sri Acharya Madhwaru as Sri Rayaru is our 17th.pontiff on the sacred bank of Tungabhadra.
The Vidwat Sabha of Madhurai, the appreciation
and the praise of Neelakantha Dixit are described in Mantralaya(274).
Namo Sri Guru Raghavendra
Sharada Varaputra Guruvarya
Vidya Matha Yativarenya Namo Namaha
Jaya Jaya Sri Raghavendra Gurusarvabhouma
They reached the point of ecstasy and surrendered to GuruRayaru.
At that moment Rayaru's poorvashrama sister Venkamma - Venkatamba's husband, the author of SRI RAGHAVENDRA VIJAYA , the father of Pandit Sri Narayanacharya Sri LakshmiNarasimhacharya came to the dias and praised Neelakantha Dixit for his nobility and said Dixit has magnanimously appreciated about the knowledge of Rayaru pertaing to Bhaatta Meemaamsa - Bhaatta Mata. Lakshmi Narasimhacharya felt happy to know the pure heart of Neelakantha Dixita. LakshmiNarasimhacharya Quoted the famous Sanskrit sentence:
Vidwaaneva Vijaanaati Vidwajjana Parishramam
Only a profound scholar will know the efforts and strains of profound scholars.
In this way Neelakantha Dixit attracted the gathering of Madhurai's Vidwat Sabha, became very near and dear to our Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru. The Shaivas amazed to know the proficiency ,efficiency and the mastery of Rayaru's Poorva Meemaamsa, Shaiva, Shiva Paaramya, Shiva Bhakti and shouted with joy:
Ughe Ughe Guru Raghavendra Gurusarvabhouma
This echoed in temple town of Madhurai and the whole panorama became holy and sacred by hearing the slogan about Sri GuruRaghavendra.
Again Sri LakshmiNarasimhacharya told amidst the thick gathering that Rayaru is not only efficient , but also written BHAATTA SANGRAHA as per the BhaattaMata. Here is the finest grantha of Rayaru BHAATTA SANGRAHA, Neelakantha Dixit please take this book and go through the book and express your opinion. Now Neelakantha Dixit became highly emotional, tears rolled from his eyes as he went on reading. He wanted to speak but owing to his regard, respect, devotion and emotion cannot spell out, the nerves of his neck became thick. The 17th. Pontiff of our Vidya Mutt - Rayara Mutt not only propagated the teachings of Sri SriMadacharya - Sri Harisarvottama - Sri Vayujeevottama Pncha Bheda, Taaratamya but also written a book about Bhaata Mata and thus gave importance to Bhaata Mata. So wrote Bhaata Sangraha. Neelakantha Dixit with bhakti took that book and placed on his head. Then did saashtaanga namaskara to Rayaru and said GuruRaghavendra I am really Blessed by you today. GuruRaya you have opened the doors of our heart, you are not an ordinary saint, you are a divine saint. Given a unique place to Sri Sheshadevaru, Sri Garudadevaru and Sri Rudradevaru and made it clear to all that Shiva is Parama Vaishnava. No one is equal to Rayaru and Rayaru's punya. Today our life became meaningful. Dixit told that we are highly grateful to Rayaru and proclaimed in the thick gathering, Vidwat Sabha - Satsanga.
Neelakantha Dixit announced that tomorrow the president of this Vidwat Sabha our Sri Raghavendrattertharu will address the very important presidential advice and will Bless all of us. The pandits will be felicitated and honoured by the king of Madhurai Tirumalaraja and the function of Vidwat Sabha will be concluded.
The gathering listened keenly and with claps expressed their pleasure and again shouted :
Jaya Sri Guru Raghavendrateertha prabho
Karunaalu Mahamahima Rakshisu Prabho.
Our Bichali Sri Appanacharyaru the greatest devotee and the disciple of Rayaru fully knew this matter. When Appanacharya came to know that Rayaru is entering the Neela Brindavana in Mantralaya, rushed to Bichali Japadakatti and decided to cross the river Tungabhadra which was in full spate and reach Mantralaya. While he was crossing, he was in grief could not tolerate the separation of his beloved Guru, the very first shloka spontaneously came:
SriPoornaBodhaGuruteerthaPayobdhiPaaraaKaamaarimaaksha
VishamaakshaSirahasprushanti
Poorvottara AmitaTarangaCharatsu Hamsa
DevaalisevitaparaanghriPayojalagnaa
The Vaak Raashi the total sum of all the knowledge depicted in the granthas of Rayaru covered Vedopanishadas,Mahabharata,Sri Vedavyasa rachita Brahmasutra, Our great Sri SriMadacharya's all the 37 granthas,Sri Jaiteertha's Sri Sudha and all the Teeka granthas, Sri Vyasaraja's Chandrika and our ancestors valuable granthas are all like ocean. That is the border and the limit of Rayaru's knowledge. The Ganga which is dwelling on the head of Kaamaari - Vishamaaksha - Shiva - Rudradeva, in that Ganga there are unlimited water waves, in that Rayaru's knowledge is swimming like a swan in Poorva Meemaamsa and Uttara Meemaamsa.Hamsa - Swan -Paramahamsa - Yatiraat.
When Rayaru entered Neela Brindavana who are
there to answer Poorva Meemaamsa? This noble idea flashed to his
heart and made him much more sorrowful and uttered the first shloka of
Sri Raghavendra Stotra - Gurustotra spontaneously with devotion,
ecstasy, which is popular and world
famous.
