Rayaru took the Yatra as a vruta with great devotion started the yatra to the eastern direction as the east is the direction of Sri Hari .Very beautifully Sri Narayanacharya has described the Yatra of Gururayaru, we feel as though we are witnessing the sacred yatra of our Mantralaya Yatiraat. The abundant creative knowledge, imagination and vocabulary are beyond the reach of our description. Actually Teertha Yatra was not only that but also Digvijaya of Rayaru. In those when a great scholar is passing through their place, town means the pandits of that place used to invite for the debate of Dwaita and Adwaita. Compulsorily one has to participate. So as a Vruta Rayaru accepted Sanchara with all the elaborate preparations. So visited all the Punya kshetras of Sri Vishnu Sri Hari and the holy dip in the punyateerthas.Not only to acquire for himself but to distribute with pleasure, the same to the Astikas,satvikas and to the bhaktas.
Rayaru is the Aaradhaka of Sri Hari by heart and mind, by action and by speech. We say Trikaranapoorvaka - Kaayaa,Vaachaa,Manasaa. The first Kshetra visited by Rayaru is Paripurnadeva Nagara. Rayaru obtained the Divya Darshana of Sri Hari - Vishnu - Sarvottama and satisfied a lot. The devotional feelings of divine emotions of Rayaru are beyond the reach of our imagination. From Paripurnadevanagara Rayaru went to Manishrunga hill, took the Darshana of Sri Durgadevi, at that sanctum only remembered and regarded Sri Laxmi - Indira with complete involvement.

The abundant success, Mahima, Miracle and the fame of our Rayaru is known to the world. So Rayaru is the Moon to enhance the joy of our Madhwa Siddhanta ocean. Rayaru is cool, pure, pleasing and liked by all. Rayaru liked and attracted to the sacred panorama of Manishrunga and decided to stay for a few days and indulge in paatha.
Right from the beginning of Chintana - Manthana of our Shaastra to the essence of Dwaita Siddhanta of Sri Anandateertharu and the introduction of Acharya granthas to his students at that sanctum were done meticulously. Students were highly enlightened pratibhaapurna and listened the lessons intensely with great devotion. Where ever Rayaru went engaged himself in paatha, samajoddhaara uplifttment of socio economic conditions in those days. We have already seen how Rayaru dedicated the routine in Tanjore.During the Teerha Yaatra Rayaru has actually experienced and enjoyed all the devotional moments, distributed the punya to the shishyas and to the able devotees. We have no words to describe to all that. There is saying in Kannada “Hoovinda Naarige Swarga" it means even the thread will reach the heaven along with the flower. Rayaru acted as per Sri Hari prerana, strictly followed:

Rayaru very affectionate to Sri Hari and today the world is after Rayaru to live peacefully and happily.
Rayaru took a holy dip in the puckering - pond by name Kamaalaya wher we find the Aavaasa of Sri Laxmidevi.Thus worshipped Sri Laxmidevi and then proceeded to the kshetra of Sri Ardha Naareeshwara and was higly pleased with the darshana of Sri Rudradevaru. Rayaru is the Aar Dhaka - worshipper of Sri Hari and Sri Hara - Shiva, Shiva is parama vaishnava Bhaagavatottama.Rayaru a great Siddha Chetana blessed by Sri Hari and Sri Rudradevaru. The noble task of teaching lessons paatha was in progress ,where ever Rayaru had gone even during Yaatra of Teertha Kshetra. The essence of :

The TeerthaYaatra of all the places is known to Sri Appanacharya.So said that if we perform pradakshina and Namaskara with devotion we will acquire the punya of all the sacred Teerthas as Rayaru has done all that not leaving a single punya kshetra. More over Rayaru performed it as a VRUTA.
