Rayaru asked the king where is the treasure of food grains, King showed. Rayaru took the stock postion of each and everything completely and came to know that this will suffice only for about 4-5 days. So urgently the action is to be taken. Rayaru without delaying wrote the Beejakshara Mantra of Dhaanyalakshmi on all the food grains. Sat in the food grains hall and indulged in the japa of Sri Hari chanting Mantra, as Rayaru had abundant Siddhi, determined to do miracle in respect of food grains. For three days and three nights the divine pontiff Gururayaru did the Mantra Pathana. Observed upavaasa, only uposhana i.e except teertha Rayaru did not accept anything. Immense devotional prayer proved fruitful. Sri Hari smiled and Rayaru made a miracle at the dawn of the fourth day. When Rayaru was inside the hall of the food grains for three days and three nights the citizens worried to see Rayaru and were anxious to see Rayaru. So thousands of citizens of Tanjore sat outs! ide praying the welfare of Rayaru.
On the fourth day sharp at the Sunrise a great miracle happened in the Dhaanyaagaara. The hall was filled with all the food grains and the Dhaanyaagaara was full and over flooded with food grains and food grains every where. The joy of the king Vijayaraghavanayak and his citizens knew no bonds. Became quite happy, shouted Jaya Jayakaara to Sri GuruRaghavendra actually danced with ecstasy that the seventeenth pontiff of Sri Madacharya peetha Yativarya of Vidya Mutt of Kumbhkonam is none but a divine chetana. All the way came from Kumbhkonam to Tanjore four bullock cart fully loaded with food grains, gold, silver and liberally distributed to the people of Tanjore and now a great miracle in the Dhaanyaagaara by Siddhi Mantra Siddhi. The Jayaghosha Jayakaara Sri Raghavendrateertha yati Gurusarvabhouma echoed in the city of Tanjore and reached the sky. Even the Gods also showered blessings towards the kind act of Rayaru. Our Bhikshaalaya - Bichali Sri Appanacharyaru a great devotee and Antaranga Bhakta knew all this and described in the world famous Sri Raghavendra Gurustotra:
Agamy Mahima Lokae Raghavendro MahaYashaaha Sri Madhwa Mata Dugdaabdhi Chandrovatu Sada Anaghaha.
Today the world is simply amazed to know and experience the miracles of Rayaru. Because each and every action and deed of Rayaru are in the frame work Sri Madhwacharya philosophy and the immense affection of Sri Hari towards Rayaru in all the previous avataaras as Rayaru worshipped the Sarvashakta Sri Hari with firm faith and belief:
Ekena Tulasi Maatra Dalenaapi Narottamaha Poojayet Bhakti Bhaavena Tam Rakshaami Iti Mat Panaha.
Sri Hari has said that Satvikas who worship
with devotion and offer even a single Tulasi Dala I will protect
them always, it is my promise and oath. Sri Raghavendrateertha's abundant
worship with Tulasi has acquired the Anugraha of Sri Hari, thus attained
the power of siddhi to protect the Manukula. Seeing the full moon the ocean
overflows with joy, so also our Rayaru's actions are pleased to the ocean
of Sri Madhwamata i.e. in accordance and in compliance to Tatvas
of Sri SriMadacharya.
King Vijayaraghavanayak said Gururaya with
the miracle of Dhaanyaagaara, you have saved my citizens who
were really starving. The Dhaanyaagaara was completely empty, you have
over flooded with food grains by Mantra Siddhi and proved a miracle.
The whole Tanjore is bent with gratitude to your lotus feet. Rayaru
said that it is only a temporary urgent measure. Tanjore should never
be a prey for famine and thinking to restore and enhance the sumptuousness(
samruddhasheela) in all the fields,especially,water, foodgrains and fodder
to the cattle. It is the prerana of Sri Hari that a permanent solution
is to be provided said to the king. Kumaravyasa Varakavi Mahakavi
has said in Gadugina Bhaarat:
Validarujjevisuva
Munidare Taleya Barehava Todeva
A person who is dear and pleased to Sri Hari,
Sri Hari will definitely lift him up i.e. uddhaara. If Sri Hari is angry
about any one, Sri Hari will change the very fate of that man. Like that
Rayaru was highly pleased with the king of Tanjore and decided to make
Tanjore sumptuous(samruddha shreekaara). So said to Vijayaraghavanayak
to start the incessant Yaaga for a period of one month.

has said in Gurustotra:

Sajjanas who pray and surrender to the lotus
feet of Rayaru will get everything in life. Huge papas –
sins which are as high as mountain will simply be vanished by the Kind
sight(Krupaa Drushti) of our Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu. So our
Tanjore king has really attained saarthaka meaningful by Rayaru.
