Meaning

Sondur Sri Krishnavadhootaru has said in Sri Raghavendra Tantra that we have to first remember and take the name of the great devotee Bichali Sri Appanacharyar before reading the Siddhi Grantha.:

JapaetPaschaatAppanaryaya Naama Mantram Japed Yatha
Sri Appanaryaya Namaha Itham Ashtaksharo Manuhu.

Devotees it is quite interesting that Om Sri Raghavendraya Namaha and Sri Appanaryaya Namaha both are Ashtakshari. So Rayaru inspired to all of us to Chant the Quick Siddhi Mantra:

BICHALISRIAPPANACHARYAPRIYAMANTRALAYASRIRAGHAVENDRATEERTHAGURUBHYONAMAHA.

The Gurubhakti of Bichali Sri Appanacharyaru towards Mantralaya Yatiraat Sri Raghavendrateertharu is a model to the whole world. Rayaru is very kind and affectionate towards his devotees, we call Rayaru as BhaktaVatsala and Bhaktanukampi. As Mantralaya Rayaru promised to Bichali Sri Appanacharyaru even to this day Rayaru is visiting the Bichali, the house of Sri Appanacharya and the most Sacred Japadakatti Ek Shila Brindavana in the form of Jyoti. On the day of the Aaradhana of Sri Padmanabhateertharu and the completion of Fourth Years Celebration of Bichali Japadakatti Ashtottara Shata Seva Samiti the official website of Bhikshaalaya -  Bichali was also launched in the interst of the world devotees. It is the will and wish of Mantralaya Rayaru and Bichali Appanacharyaru that these things have taken place. The world has come to know about Bichali and the devotees are visiting the sanctum of Bichali and are being Blessed at large.

Today Bichali Bhikshaalaya is very near and dear to the devotees of the world and visiting the sanctum of Bichali Japadakatti with gratitude. The Vamshastha Sri Badadha Ramacharya the sixth head from Sri Appanacharyaru - the sixth generation of Sri Appanacharya family, a very noble, kind, cultured, devotional personality, a post graduate degree holder in chemistry (M.Sc.) is the Archaka of Japadakatti Ek Shila Brindavana of Rayaru is running a global project called Teertha Kshetra Bichali Japadakatti Ashtottara Shata Seva Samiti and every month second Thursday Ashtottara is being performed on behalf of the world devotees, on the bank of Tungabhadra in Bichali, where Sri Appanacharya started Gurustotra Pathana through Ashukavitva while crossing the river Tungabhadra. Today there are about twenty five thousand devotees are the members from all over the world including Life Term Members are the beneficiaries of this global mega  project and are Blessed by Mantralaya Rayaru. This is continued in the most decent and meticulous manner.

Dear Devotees Bhikshaalaya Japadakatti is not an ordinary place. It is full of sanctity. Sri Sripadarajaru, Sri Vyasarajaru, Sri Jitamitrateertharu  stayed here and performed Tapa and Japa. The Siddhi place. It was here our Bichali Sri Appanacharyaru conducted the Open University Mukta Vishwa Vidyalaya Gurukula, amidst the Natures Gift consisting of more than two hundred students at the Japadakatti on the bank of Tungabhadra. Japadakatti was the holy platform to teach his dear shishyas.It was the Sankalpa Sri Hari that our Rayaru came from the Kaveri bank of Kumbhakonam to the Tungabhadra bank of Bichali and Manchali, resided in Manchali the siddhi kshetra in the Neela Brindavana.

Before entering Brindavana Mantralaya Rayaru lived in Bichali. Sri Appanacharya was highly amazed and impressed by our great Sri  Raghavendrateertharu and never allowed him to go from Bichali. They both became too close, affectionate and the selfless kind seva of Appanacharya was liked by Rayaru. It is very clear that Sri Gururayaru and Sri Appanacharyaru spent the most important part of their life time in Bichali and lived for about thirteen years. It is our Punya that Rayaru lived in Bichali because of Sri Appanacharyaru.

Devotees we are surprised to know that the sannidhaana of Gururayaru and Appanacharyaru is still there in Bichali and our Badadha Sri Ramacharya has experienced on July 22nd.2008, Tuesday. It is the prerana of Sri Hari and the constructive creativity of Vamshastha Sri Ramacharya. Just like Appanacharya he is always in Bichali all the twenty four hours Sri Ramacharya is available at the Japadakatti, welcoming the world devotees with a smile, offer kind hospitality and describe the sacred matter of 337 years fluently in English, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Our devotees are highly satisfied to know all these details.

As already described the world devotees will access the websites and there by knowing this Divine Personality, understanding the valuable  Gurustotra - Mangalashtaka and Ashtottara shata seva samiti are rushing to Bichali and attaining and enriching their punya by Bichali. Through Ashtottara Shata seva samiti our Sri Badadha Ramacharya is distributing the punya magnanimously to the devotees of the world.
