The grantha rachana of Sri Raghavendrateertharu,
the importance of literary values and the contribution of Rayaru to Dwaita
philosophy are described in Mantralaya(247).
Rayaru has composed the Vyakhyaana in detail to all the Vedas in accordance with the real meaning of Vedas which clarify that Sri Hari is the super power, sarvashakta, omnipotent and omniscient. In all the writings of Rayaru we can find the cream of literature of our Dwaita philosophy. In a word we can say that it was the golden period, as we already know that Sri Vidyalaxmi herself has promised Rayaru and inspired a lot. In this regard we know that Rayaru is Ekamaadwiteeya - second to none.
Dwaita Bhashya, Teeka, Vyakhyaana, Tippani
to the works of our Sri SriMadacharya and Sri Jaiteertharu are composed
by Rayaru in the most appropriate appealing manner. Those are all in compliance
with our great Sri Anandateertharu and Sri Jaiteertharu. We are highly gratitude
towards these compositions. As long as the Sun and the Moon are there the
writings of Rayaru are remembered by all. Such a rich, intellectual gift
by Rayaru, avatara purusha, Aaradhaka of Sri Hari and parama bhakta of
lord SriManNarayana. Aparokshagnyani, pavaadapurusha, shishya of parama
guru Sri Vijayeendrateertharu and Sri Sudheendrateertharu. A very popular
guru of our Vidya Mutt. The extensive and intensive writings grantha rachana

In this way our Sri Raghavendrateertha Gurusarvabhoumaru has contributed 48 granthas books to the Saaraswata Loka and rendered the most sacred and the noble creative service to the world. In the decent meticulous way Rayaru has completed the divine task. Bichali Sri Appanacharya a great devotee, always served selflessly, very near and dear to Sri Raghavendrateertharu has spontaneously (Ashukavita) pronounced in Sri Raghavendra Gurustotra, while crossing the river Tungabhadra from Bichali Japadakatti which was in full spate, at the time of Brindavana Pravesha:
Agamya Mahima Lokae Raghavendro Maha Yashaha
Sri Madhwa Mata DugdaabdhiChandrovatuSada
Anaghaha
Gururayaru is a great miraculous personality, Maimavanta in this world to help the devotees. In the whole world Rayaru is very famous, just as the sea rises
Seeing the full moon, our Madhwa Siddhanta ocean is highly satisfied with Rayaru. Rayaru is Sada Anaghaha, it means no sin at all: Paaparahitaru. Such a great divine saint swami is our Rayaru.
When we look at the grandeur of all these
writings, the famous english sentence we simply remember: ROME WAS NOT
BUILT IN A DAY.
Right from the childhood Sri Venkatanatha
was a scholar, during the Adhyayana at the Vidya Mutt under the kind guidance
of his noble guru Sri Sudheendrateertharu, after the day's lessons and
Adhyayana, pondered, thought and went on writing the notes : Tippanis from
that day only. The extra ordinary memory power and the pratibha Sampattu
( high imaginative knowledge) worked together. The efforts of Rayaru at
that time we have to praise. Owing to the poverty, he was not having the
oil lamp, but gathered the dried leaves, lighted them and in that light
only Sri Venkatanathabhattaru has composed the noble granthas:
Pratibhaanam Kavya Vidya Prachaya Parichayam
VruddhaSevaanuragam
Satataabhyaasa
Prayatnam Niyatam Kavitege Kaaranam.
The imagination (pratibha)blossomed like a flower and spread the sacred fragrance of Sri Acharya Tatvas. Our 17th. Pontiff Sri Rayaru has really lived as per the norms of Yatidhrama sincerely and honestly completed the noble task:
Uddhaara
Pavaada (Miracles by the Anugraha of Sri
Hari)
Paatha Pravachana and
Grantha rachana.
Devotees, we are amazed to know the sensitivity of Rayaru. While taking the yati ashrama by his guru Sri Sudheendrateertharu observed and noted keenly all the rituals and the sequences. Patiently and calmly composed the famous book in praise of Sri Hari Vayu Guru:
PRAATAHA SANKALPA GADYA.
All the chetanas even chara and achara were all looked divine of Sri Hari and Vayu. Rayaru is always Trikaala Smaraneeyaru and Jagad Vandyaru. The world is remembering and worshipping Rayaru. It is quite heartening to know that our Gururaya has acquired the complete special Anugraha of Sri Anandateertharu and Sri Teekakrutpaadaru, Jaiteertharu, So Rayaru shined as a great Teekaakaara, Tippanikaara, Bhaashyakaara and Vyakhyanakaara. It is not exaggeration to say that our Rayaru is the only Yati who has gained the complete affection and love of these two stalwarts the first and the sixth pontiff of our Acharya Peetha.
Scholars and devotees opine that it is highly difficult to understand the teachings of Sri Madhwacharya and Sri Jaiteertharu without the Tippanis of Sri Raghavendrateertharu. The real meaning, the real essence, the real gist is explained by Rayaru. So the Tippanis are of great value to all of us. We are happy and proud to know that our Sri Raghavendrateertharu was honoured and regarded with the title, the prestigious title: Tippanacharya Chakravarti. We all bow with respect and devotion , perform the saashtaanga namaskara to our kind noble Sri Raghavendra Gurusarvabhoumaru for the tremendous work in the field of grantha rachana. We are lucky to own these 48 granthas, a sacred heritage and a noble legacy. We express our heart felt gratitude to Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu.
We are really fortunate that such a great, a great scholar, kind, Aparokshagnyani, Karunaalu is our Mantralaya Rayaru. Our Kosigi Sri GuruJagannathadasaru has rightly said in one of his songs:
Nambi Kettavarillavo Ee Gurugala
Nambade Keduvarunto.
