Meaning

That divine faith is our betterment-srwaswa-uddhaara ! On these lines constant-unaltered faith today we follow seva-sutra to Mantralaya Rayaru and thus fulfilling all our required desires. As our Bichchale-Bhikshaalaya Sri Appanacharya has said in Sri Gurustotra :
"APAEKSHITA PRADAATAANYO
RAGHAVENDRAAN NA VIDYATAE"

So the Satvikas and the Astikas,devotees of Rayaru with faith and belief leading a happy life.

There are certain people who do not know anything about Mantralaya. For such people Rayaru takes them in His Holy folds ,there by clarify that I am here for your sake,for your betterment-uddhaara,that is motto of Rayaru and the decision ­ sankalpa of Sri Moola RamaDevaru. The other day in the early morning hours of February 24th.07,on the auspicious day of Rayaru’s birth day we have all witnessed the smell of Yaaga Saamagri, smoke from Yagna Kunda without lighting by any body, that is the miracle of Mantralaya Rayaru that early morning sharp at Braahmimuhurta the Sangeeta Premi Rayaru himself inaugurated the Naadahaara by the smell,smoke of Yagna Kunda.

On the day Phalguna Shukla Ashtami - that is Feb.25th. when Naadahaara was in progress in full swing a Gentleman from Maharashtra by name Nagaraja came to Mantralaya asking where is Mantralaya? Where is Rayara Brindavana? I wish to have the Darshana. The staff of the Sri Mutt as per his request allowed him to go at the VIP Gate. He went inside. Archak Sri Yadurachar, the grandson of Parama Poojya the Great Sri Vedavyasacharya - who was considered as the most sacred Archaka-the appearance was highly regardful and attained Siddhi by worshipping Rayaru - was near the Brindavana as per his Pooja turn. When Nagaraja entered at the Sanctum Sri Yaduracharya was sitting near the Holy Rayara Brindavana chanting some Mantras. Nagaraja got a very rare experience that he the saw bright ,blissful light from the Brindavana  and that he cannot describe, immediately a sound came from the Neela-Bhavya Brindavana "HAAT DHARAA" it means in Marathi HOLD YOUR HANDS. A Saint with Sri Gandha Akshatae appeared from the Brindavan. As per the saying Nagaraja stretched his hands. The Saint gave a handful of Mantrakshatae, the next moment Nagaraja could not see any more, saw only the Rayara Brindavana. Nagaraja detailed the whole thing to Archak Sri Yaduracharya. Archaka said to Nagaraja that you are lucky enough to see Rayaru from the Brindavana and receive the Mantrakshatae from Rayaru.You are really Punyavanta your life is meaningful-Saarthaka. Rayaru knew your Mother tongue Marathi and talked in Marathi only. In Mantralaya no body knows that he belongs to Maharashtra and speaks Marathi. Nagaraja became too devotional - emotional and cannot speak. Tears rolled on his cheeks. Slowly joined the group of NAADAHAARA and described his experience with the devotees. Sri Yaduracharya said to Nagaraja that you are blessed by Rayaru-got Anugraha.Received Pryatyaksha Mantrakshatae by Rayaru means you got his fullest blessings.

Long back Sir Thomas Munro the then Collector of Bellary visited Mantralaya. He was appointed by the British Government-as India was under British rule to verify the whole assets of the Mantralaya Mutt and attach the property to the government. Several devotees, Archakas and the staff of the Mutt pleaded not to attach the property,that it is of Rayaru, Rayaru is noble Saint sitting in the Brindavana and everything is properly used towards the Devotees.

Then Sir Thomas Munro said ok, I will see your saint and then decide. As soon as he saw Brindavana Rayaru appeared in the Brindavana and talked with Munro in English and detailed the whole thing about the assets and the utility. Munro was surprised to see Rayaru and talked with him. He verified the records and forwarded a favourable note to the British Government. By the Blessings of Rayaru soon Munro became the Governor of the Madras, i.e. today’s Chennai. Now Mantralaya Rayaru gave Darshana to Nagaraja and talked with him in Marathi.

On the day of Phalguna Shukla Saptami and Ashtami by these two Miracles Mantralaya Rayaru made it clear to the whole world that Dear Devotees do not afraid,I am here in Brindavana and always protecting you. So our Bichchale-Bhikshaalaya Great Bhakta Sri Appanacharyaru has said in Rayara Mangalashtaka :
