Background

The Naadahaara Samarpane by the devotees of Chennai under the leadership of Dr. R.Ganeshan- a great devotee of Mantralaya Rayaru on the day of Phalguna Shukla Saptami - the birth day ­Vardhanti of Mantralaya Rayaru and the great Guru Sri Sudheendrateertha’s appreciation while studying are described in Mantralaya(169).
 

Meaning

There is always a difference between the Yatis and the ordinary people.Yati-Swami-Sanyasi is a Gnyani. His smile, Look alone will bless us. By the Darshana of the pontiff we are blessed and get anugraha. Because He has sacrificed everything and no selfish motive .In a word Swamiji is Sarva Sanga Parityagi. Their contribution to the society is at large. That is why we are always after the Swamiji.That much of ability and capability is owned by the Yatis. In this regard our Mantralaya Rayaru is Kalpavruksha and Kamadhenu. The Himalayan height of Punya Rayaru is abundant. Magnanimously distributing to the devotees Rayaru has never asked anything for himself. Devotees upliftment - Uddhara is the only  aim of Rayaru, day in and day out. Always in the Pooja of Sri Moola Rama. Sri Madacharya , Sri Padmanabhateertharu,Sri Jaiteertharu, Sri Sri Padarajaru,Sri Vyasarajaru,Sri Vadirajaru and Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu lived and preached as per the Yatidharma at its highest and they are all Trikaalasmaraneeya. Loved the devotees, kindly blessed by the blessings of Sri Hari and their TapoBala. Such a Divya Chetana was born on PHAALGUNA SHUKLA SAPTAMI.

The famous family of Shasthika Vamsha, Beegamudrae family of Goutama Gotra who lived in the glorious days of Vijayanagara empire. Sri Kanakachala Bhatta’s Son Sri Veena Timmanna Bhattaru. Sri Venkatanatha-Venkatabhattaru(Mantralaya Rayaru) born in the PUNYODARA of Sri Veena Timmannabhattaru and Sow. Gopikambe-Gopamma.Lived in Bhuvanagiri. By the Divine Grace of Tirumala Srinivasa Devaru Rayaru is born. A Great and Divya Chetana Shankukarna-Vishwaksena-Vasudana-Prahlad-Bahleeka-Vyasaraja’s Avatari Rayaru’s greatness in all the Spheres and Punya cannot be described. Words fall short to describe and one birth is not sufficient to detail all this to our Devotees.

With intense attention Sri Venkatanatha attained Knowledge and became extra-ordinary. During the days of Education studied with complete involvement and always pondering about the lessons and also to the lessons of the next day. Took Studies as Tapasya. Sri Venkatanatha though suffered poverty never blamed nor prayed Sri Hari to give wealth. No proper facilities.No money to purchase oil to provide light for studies during night. Made fire by collecting the dried leaves and did the reading and writing in the light of that fire during the late hours of night. Daily writing the Notes with beautiful statements for Sudha under the title PARIMALA. The writing is so appealing,appropriate as per the opinion of Sri Anadateertharu.

Once Sri Sudheendrateertharu during the late night when he came out with his Shishya found the light in the broken building, there He found Sri Venkatanatharu and tears rolled on his cheeks.Affection grew. The spontaneous creativity of Rayaru made him dumb.The condition of the building where Sri Venkatanatha has taken shelter was about to fall, no proper clothes, saw the dried leaves fire. There Sri Sudheendrateertharu found the Taaleyoli Gari and surprised to see the wonderful Notes and the commentaries about the lessons which he was teaching in the Sri Matha. Took that writing, removed the torn bed sheet, due to the cold Sri Venkatanatha was shivering. So Covered the body of Venkatanatharu with his Shawl which he was wearing. Sri Venkatanatharu was in deep slumber. In the heart of heart liked very much and became proud and affectionate to the Knowledge and imaginative power of our Rayaru.

Next day at the time of taking the lessons, the Great Sri Sudheendrateertharu, the Avatari of Sri Jitamitraru, took Avatara as Sri Sudheendrateertharu just for the sake of the Pooja of Sri Moola Rama, briefed the incident of the last night in front of all the Shishyas, Proudly called Sri Venkatanatha and showed to all the students that Sri Venkatanatha has already written the meaning about the lesson which was to be taught on that day. Highly expressed the satisfaction about the title of the Teekas-Commentary-Grantha PARIMALA. Felicitated and honoured Sri Venkatanathabhattaru and Named as "Sri Parimalacharyaru". As days passed on the knowledge,Mantra Siddhi, Hari Bhakti, Selfless Service grew like a mountain. Sri Sudheendrateertharu was highly pleased with the Personality of Sri Venkatabhattaru, thus in the heart of heart was willing to make him as his next successor. The golden opportunity of the Pooja of Sri Moola Rama CAME to Rayaru though Rayaru was unwilling to accept the Sanyasa.

Such a great personality,Mahaanubhaava was born on Phalguna Shukla Saptami. We remember, Celebrate with Devotion the Vardhanti of Rayaru. We are very lucky and Fortunate to have Mantralaya Rayaru.

Mantralaya Rayaru not only blossomed and yielded fruits to Madhwa Siddhanta but to the whole Human Manu Kula Siddhanta blessed with sweet fruits. Thus did- doing and will continue to do the Uddhaara of all of us.
