Meaning

Govindaraya expressed his ambition to become a Dasa, get Upadesha and Ankita from a great Guru. Then Ramachandra Rao told Govindaraya that Paramapriya Tandae Muddu Mohana Dasaru is the right Guru to Govindaraya. As Sri Subbaraya Dasru is the descendant of Sri Vijaya Dasara Parampara and got the name of ParamapriyaTanade Muddu Mohana Dasaru. Now in Devarayana Durga, at the sanctum of Sri Narasimha Devaru.There is a big Hall Sabha Mandira,there only Paramapriya Tandae Muddu Mohana Dasaru had Given Dasa Bodhae ,Dasa Deekshae and Ankita to more than ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED Satvikas. Right Guru to you. Go there I will also plead on behalf of you and detail about you.

From that moment Govindaraya’s mind and heart completely occupied with this great divine personality decided to go to Devarayana Durga that day itself. But there was no money with  Govindaraya. Thought of going to Tumkur on his bicycle. Just see Rayara sankalpa, A friend of Govindaraya who borrowed Rs.Ten, long back came to return at the same time. In those days of 1940, That Ten Rupees was equal to Rupees One thousand of Today. Expressed his gratitude to Rayaru and purchased the ticket for Tumkur and boarded the train. In the middle at Arsikere fortunately Ramachandra Rao and Govindaraya happened to meet, and said that he has already spoken to Sri Tandae Muddu Mohana Dasaru about him. The joy of Govindaraya knew no bonds.

By walk of ten miles reached Devarayana Durga. It is always better to have Darshana of Great personalities with Upostha. So did not eat anything till he reached the sanctum., observed fasting till Darshana.

When Govindarya reached the Sanctum of Sri Narasimhaswamy there was a big crowd of devotees and  a great function. Lot of Jayakaara. Govindaraya at far saw the Grand Pleasing Personality of Tandae  Muddu Mohana Dasaru. Highly impressed at the first sight. Soon he realized that He is Aparoksha Gnyani and He IS HIS GURU. Did Saashtaanga Namaskara with Bhakti and surrendered completely.

Sri Subbaraya Dasaru- Parama Priya Tandae Muddu Mohana Dasaru looked Govindaraya from top to bottom, completed the scanning and satisfied. Really Govindaraya attracted fully, firmly , asked the usual YOGAKSHEMA. Understood the Strong Desire of Govindaraya to become A Dasa. Happily touched the head and body of Govindaraya, felt like an electric shock and immediately enlightened. Govindaraya became altogether a new person. Parama Priya Tandae Muddu Mohana Dasaru told come here: from today onwards you are Guru Govinda Dasaru,gave Deeksha of Dasatva,offered Ankita as Guru Govinda Vithala. So far I have given Dasa Deeksha to 1164 Satvikas. And you are the last person of 1165. From now on wards I will not give to any more. It is quite heartening to note that after the twenty days of Deeksha of Govindaraya Paramapriya Tandae Sri Muddu Mohana Dasaru the last Divine Personality of Sri Vijaya Dasara Parampara  Passed away from this world and attained the Heavenly Abode.

Govindaraya Became Sri Guru Govinda Dasaru with Guru Govinda Vuithala Ankita. Already a great soul, with Dasa Deeksha and Ankita further gained the impetus of divinity. Actually danced with the ecstasy of devotion on the soil of Mantralaya before Rayaru. Attained Guru Karunae-Hari Karunae-Mantralaya Rayara Paramaanugraha.
