As years passed on Ibharamapura's Appa became a senior citizen, the siddhi also became ripe and fruitful. Always engaged in the Madhwa Sanchara for the propagation of Sri Harisarvottama and Vayujeevottama.When there was a call from the devotees, Appa of Ibharamapura has attended without fail. Performed the Pooja of Sri Panchamukhi Pranadevaru and has blessed the devotees at large.We are simply amazed to see that how, Appa has gained divinity, siddhi and the Anugrha of Mantralaya Sri Raghavendraswamigalu at the sacred yard of Tungabhadra.
Once Appa was in Raichur, Sri Bheemacharya Joshi of Mundargi met Appa and requested him to come to Mundargi and perform the pooja of Pandava poojita Panchamukhi Maruti in his residence.Appa Ibharamapura chetana agreed and said tomorrow the pooja will be in your house. The pooja went on well attended by a large number of devotees. After the pooja, naivedya, hastodaka and mangalarati, all the devotees and Appa took prasada on that day. After food Appa blessed the devotees and solved their problems, suggested sevas etc. The next day while leaving the house of Bheemacharya Appa purposely left the padukas in his house and went away.
Bheemacharya saw the padukas of Appa are here only. Appa has forgotten to take. Without the padukas Appa's tiny lotus sacred feet are getting pain by walk, tried to return, but Appa had already gone very fast by horse. So acharya decided that Appa's padukas are here I have to keep the padukas in the pooja room and start worshipping. As the pooja went on Bheemacharya got all the things done as per his desire. Siddhi and victory (Gelavu) found every where. The sacred news spread like a wild fire. Devotees rushed to the residence of Bheemacharya, worshipped and prayed. Got their things done. They are surprised to see the miracles by the padukas of Appa. By drinking the Abhisheka water the incurable disease were cured, devotees desires were fulfilled, they were even freed from the wicked evil forces which were troubling ,haunting and hurting them. Owing to the presence of Padukas the residence of Bheemacharya turned into sacred sanctum. Appa has attained the siddhi by the:
Anugraha of Bichali Sri Appanacharya Priya Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu.
As already told by Chiranjeevi Sri Ashwathamacharyaru that Mantralaya Rayaru was always in the heart of Appa and performed the Miracles. Proclaimed to the whole world, proved and upheld the greatness Sri Hari sarvottama Vayujeevottama, Sri Sudha of Malkheda Sri Jaiteertharu and Parimala of Mantralaya Rayaru.
After a few days Bheemacharya met Appa and said your sacred padukas are in my house only, you have forgotten to wear and take. Ibharamapura's Appa said purposely I have left the padukas in your house so as to bless you. Even to this day the padukas of Appa are in Mundargi and being worshipped daily What ever things Appa had given to his devotees as the blessings by his auspicious hands:
Cloth,ring,danda,paduka, ornament,Tulasimala and the sacred idols worshipped by Appa,there we find the sannidhana of Appa, always done good and proved miracles. Even in the dreams Appa gave darshana to his devotees and offered things to them .After the dream they have really got those things in their hands. A close associate of Appa Yogi Narayanacharya has written :

The great devotee of Mantralaya Rayaru Sri GuruJagannathadasaru was born by the blessings of Appa. Sri Venkatagiriyacharya of Kosigi - Koushika Kshetra near Adoni was a great scholar but no sons. Worried and finally one day came to Appa. Appa was just opening the pooja box for the pooja. Aparokshagnyani Appa knew the desire of Venkatagiriyacharya. With a smile welcomed and asked him to sit. Here is a pearl in the pooja box. You please take this and worship, you will get a pearl like son and attain the paramanugraha of Rayaru. As per the wordings a son was born and named Swamiraya Swamirayacharya of Kosigi and completely attained the paramanugrha of Mantralaya Sri Raghavendrateertharu.The popular slogan of Gurujagannathadasaru :
